This Privacy Policy applies to our School and all Courses offered by our School. By visiting our website mathmanacademy.com (our “Site”) or any other website that linked form our Site such as our School Application Form powered by Google Form, you accept and consent to the practices set out below.

   • Our School may collect personal identification information from Students (which may include your name, email address, telephone number and other personal description) in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to:
     • when you register for an account on our Site;
     • when you enroll in a Course in our School;
     • when you fill in our application forms on our Site or powered by Google Form;
     • when you connected with us by phone, email, WhatsApp or otherwise;
     • when you use certain features on our Site;
     • when you report any problem to our School;
     • when you request any support from our School; or
     • when you complete any survey or questionnaire that we send.
   • Examples of information that the School collect about Students, including, but not limited to:
     • personal identification information such as name, school, phone number, email address and information about their emergency contact person; or
     • technical information, including the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet, log-in information, browser type and version, time zone setting, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform.
2. Uses made of the information
   • The School may collect and use your personal identification information for the following purposes: setting up the accounts for you on our site;

     • communicating with you and responding to Student’s questions or requests;
     • presenting content and information in our Site in the most effective manner for you;
     • providing alerts and updates about our services;
     • collecting overdue amounts;
     • complying with laws and regulations applicable to us in or outside of Hong Kong; or
     • for direct marketing purposes, including, but not limited to, social media ads.

   • We will keep your personal data we hold confidential. We do not sell, trade, or rent Student’s personal identification information to others.

   • Students may find other content in our School that link to the websites and services of our tutors, partners and other third parties. We do not control the content or links that appear on these websites and are not responsible for the practices employed by websites linked to or from our School. Please note that these websites may have their own privacy policies and customer service policies. We encourage you to read their privacy policies to understand your rights. Browsing and interaction on any other website, including websites which have a link to our School, is subject to that website's own terms and policies.

   • The School has the discretion to update this Privacy Policy at any time. We encourage Students to frequently check this page for any changes. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this Privacy Policy periodically and become aware of modifications.
6. Your acceptance of these terms
   • By enrolling in the School or filling our School Application From powered by Google Form, you signify your acceptance of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, please do not enroll in the School or do not fill in our School Application Form. Your continued enrollment or application in the School following the posting of changes to this Privacy Policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
